ROSTER REQUIREMENTS FOR INDOOR LEAGUE
- Teams are required by the Net to roster a min 10 players. In an effort to provide flexibility to teams/players there are two team registration options offered. CAPTAINS MUST DECIDE AND AGREE TO WHICH OPTION THEY PREFER.
Option 1- A minimum of 10 Full-Time Players
Option 2- A minimum of 8 Full-Time players and 4 Part Time players.
Teams with players that can't commit to the full session have Option #2- to roster part-time players but must first meet the 8 Full-Time player minimum. Part-time players are defined as those who want to play but their schedules only allow them to play 2-3 (or half) the games in a session. These players can be included on your roster so teams can manage their teams according to what the team's specific needs are.
- Teams not meeting roster requirements will either be assigned new players if available or merged with another team to create a viable team.
- The roster is frozen after 3rd game anyone who has not submitted a waiver or picture ID will be removed from the roster
THE EHWSL LEAGUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO THE FOLLOWING:
TO MERGE ANY TEAMS WITH LOW NUMBERS NOT MEETING ROSTER REQUIREMENTS.
TO MOVE ANY PLAYER/TEAM UP OR DOWN BASED ON SKILL AND/OR TEAM RECORD.
TO DISALLOW ANY PLAYER/TEAMS PARTICIPATION IN THE LEAGUE DUE TO NON COMPLIANCE OF RULES AND/OR BUT NOT LIMITED TO UNSPORTING BEHAVIOR TOWARDS OTHER TEAMS AND LEAGUE OFFICIALS.
CLAUSE: The organizers have the right to move up or down any teams/players that have over-estimated or under-estimated their ability, or to combine divisions where there may be insufficient teams in one particular division, or to change the scheduled time or days of play in the best interest of the league. The intention of the divisions is to ensure as much as possible that teams and players are evenly matched
